Curtis N. Perkins, 59, of Birmingham passed away May 2, 2012. An Alabama native and longtime Birmingham resident, he graduated from Ensley High School and Attended Montevallo University. He was an avid Auburn fan and loved spending time with his grandsons. He loved to laugh and making others laugh. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Faye Britton and Phillip Perkins and a sister, Phyllis Perkins French. He is survived by his wife, Tracy Perkins; daughters, Natalie Perkins and Kimberly Perkins Mack; grandchildren, Luke and Cole; brothers, Stephen and Kevin Perkins; sisters, Catherine Perkins Pate, Donna Perkins Wylie and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, May 5, 2012, between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. with a chapel service to follow at 1 p.m. at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
