Clinton B Davis Jr.

DAVIS, CLINTON BERKLEY Davis, Clinton Berkley Jr. "Clint" age 78 went to be with Jesus Monday November 7, 2011. Clint was raised in Woodlawn Baptist Church and 50th Street Baptist Church. He served in the navy on the Destroyer Escort USS Courrier, where he was over the electrical capabilities and explosives during the Korean War. A number of years later he joined the Air Force and was over the technicians that did service at the LBJ Ranch and other areas of need. He also served a tour of duty in England. He was retired from Graybar Co. with many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents Clinton B Davis, Sr. and Ida Belle Davis Wright and Brother Jerry Davis. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Alice Faye Davis, brother - in-law David Little, nephews Michael, Ryan Little, Tommy McDaniel, nieces Shannon and Holly McDaniel. Sister Hazel O. (Gene) Ballard nephews Larry, Lowell, Ballard and niece Elaine Sayers. Great nieces and nephews are Hannah, Caleb, Esther, Josiah, Abigail, Elijah, Kimberly, Greg, Noah and Levi. Graveside service will be Saturday November 12, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Forest Hill Cemetery with Reverend Micah Dowling officiating and Ridout's Trussville Chapel directing. >>
