Brenda McGhee Bryant, 69, of Odenville went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 after a long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents Dallas E. McGhee and Margaret Hayes McGhee. Survivors include her husband, Max L. Bryant; two daughters Shaye Garst (Mark) and Sharon Clark (Richard) both of Moody, AL; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah Catherine and Dallas Garst, Caroline and Claire Clark all of Moody. Mrs. Bryant was a native of Oxford, AL and long time resident of Birmingham. She was a member of Huffman Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5 to 8 pm at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville.
