Betty, age 73 of Birmingham passed away on Friday, November 27th, 2015 surrounded by her family that she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Wallace C. Martin. She is survived by her three children, Carl Callahan (Raunda), Melissa Franklin, and Millie Bridgemon (David); six grandchildren, Samantha Callahan, Amber Franklin, Austin Franklin, Ashley Bridgemon, Haley Bridgemon, and Kendall Bridgemon; and two great grandchildren, Cameron Franklin and Ashton Lovelady. The family will receive friends at Elmwood Chapel on Tuesday, December 1st, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with services beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
