NOLAN, BARBARA S., age 74 of Springville, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Nolan; son, Johnny Nolan; and brother, Bobby Mitchell. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Grass (Rony) and Jan Hammock (Tommy); sons, David Nolan (Dana), Scott Nolan (Dana) and Greg Nolan; sisters, Shelby Mitchell and Kay Fulmer; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church and drove a school bus in Springville for 43 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and loved watching her grandkids play sports. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service at the chapel on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery.
