Amy Griffith Newton, age 35, of Trussville went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 27th, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Neal Griffith, her grandfather Henry Ford Griffith and her grandmother Gwendolyn Faye Griffith. She is survived by her sons Andrew Newton and Joshua Newton also by her mother Melessa Holt (Greg), grandparents Jimmy & Jean Isom, sisters Amanda Bearden (Allen), Amber Creatore (Neil), nieces and nephews Christian & Abbey Houser, Cheyenne Creatore. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers as follows, Andy Griffith, Matt Griffith, DJ Griffith, Jonathan Weber, Steven Oaks, Jeremy Oaks, Chris Oaks, Brannon Lehane, Ben Nabors. Services will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Ridout’s Trussville with visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, funeral service at 2:00 PM in Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with graveside service to follow in Jefferson Memorial.
