Garrett, Alice “Earline”, age 76 of Irondale, AL went home to be with the Lord on March 15, 2013. She retired after 31 years of service with Kmart and was currently employed at Wal-Mart for the past 20 years. She was a Former Worthy Matron of Eastern Star Chapter 191. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Garrett; daughter, Peggy Sue Garrett; parents, Bannie and Loduska Noah; sister, Lillian Bennett. Earline is survived by her son, Donell (Karen) Garrett; grandchildren, Brittney (Chad) Garrett Hallmark, Melanie (Francisco) Garrett Nava, and Stephanie Nicole Garrett; great grandchildren, Madelina, Sebastian, Jacob, and Vincente Mylo; sister, Jeanette Fabjon, Jo Miller, and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 4 PM until 6 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Graveside service will be Monday, March 18, 2013 at 1 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
