Chris, 56, passed away after a battle with cancer on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. He faced his illness with a direct and courageous attitude and included all family members not only in the details of his illness but also delegated duties that would facilitate closure and security in his absence. Each felt honored with these specific tasks and his thoughtful and generous spirit to allow each of us to be considered as especially dear to him. Chris was a realist and practical to the end.
He was predeceased by his father, Jimmie Colvin.
He is survived by his loving and devoted family whom he adored; wife, Catherine; daughter, Emily and grandson, George; sons, Adam and Addison; mother and father Joan and John Storer. Also surviving are his siblings, Kathy (Brad) Phillips, Tricia Ferrante (Dan Buchy), Cindy (Joe) Cimaomo, and Scott (Angie) Storer; nieces and nephews; Sarah Phillips (Andrew Yurman-Glaser); John Phillips; Karen (Ryan) Schreiber; Lexie Ferrante, Nicoleena Storer, Aubrey (Kevin) Sanders and Joseph (Cynthia) Cimaomo; stepmother, Monica Colvin; half brother, Mark (Erica) Colvin; stepbrother Chris (Kim) Benham .

Chris was a graduate of Whitney Point High School, Ridley Lowell Business Institute and Maines Driver Training Institute and was employed by XPO Logistics for the past 19 years.
Chris was involved in the Knights of Columbus and his Church as CCD teacher.
He was a wonderful cook and baker and a great and entertaining bartender for family and friends. He had a keen sense of humor that kept us all on our toes. He had a quick and clever wit. He could build anything and loved to tinker in his garage with his power tools.
Chris’s favorite role in life was as husband and father.
