Shirley Levin

Shirley M. Forman Levin, age 90. Native of Chelsea Massachusetts, resident of Beverly Hills Florida since 1986. Shirley was a member of Chelsea High School. class of 1937. She worked as head bookkeeper for many years in the Boston area. Shirley was an accomplished amateur musician, painter and writer.

Wife of the late Israel Forman and the late David Levin. Daughter of the late Simon and Anne Malatsky. Sister of the late Jeannette Winer, the late Florence Blayer and the late Sidney Malatsky . Shirley is survived by son Stephen Gary Forman of Brockton, Mass. and his wife Elisa, as well as grandchildren Cheryl Forman Caira of Cambridge, Mass. and her husband Douglas and Linda Forman of Washington, DC and her fiancé Linson Naval. Memorial Service of Remembrance will take place at the home of her son. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to www.mspca.org
