Robert L. Wilmoth

Robert L. Wilmoth passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at his residence in Beverly Hills, Florida. Robert was born in Kent, Ohio August 18, 1930 to Willard and Alberta Sommerville Wilmoth. Robert Graduated from Har-Brack Union High School, Pennsylvania in 1948. He attended Penn State University and Gannon College earning a degree in machine design.

Robert served in the US Navy during the Korean War and was a Seabee. His values were God and family, a respect for hard work, and a great respect for the military. He worked for the Sterris Corporation for 30 years.

Robert moved to Florida in 1998. He was married to Lorraine Wilmoth for nine years. They enjoyed golf and traveling.

He was married to Margaret (Peggy) Wilmoth for 37 years. They had four children and fostered six more. They lived in Erie, PA and both loved the mountains. He is survived by daughter; Diane (David) Holderny of West View, PA and son; Mark (Shelly) Wilmoth of Erie, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren: Janell and Corynn Koos of Pittsburgh, PA; Luke (Anne) Wilmoth of Erie, PA; Christopher Wilmoth of CA and Noah Wilmoth of Pittsburgh, PA. Also great grandchildren Elinor and Margaret Wilmoth.

He was preceded in death by: His wife, Margaret in 1990. Daughters: Heidi Skolnik and Debbie Wilmoth, wife Lorrraine Wilmoth in 2007, brother Willard Wilmoth, and sister Dorothy Yost.

A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Beverly Hills, 4950 North Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 27, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 4950 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. A committal service will occur Friday, May 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM at Fero Memorial Gardens, 5891 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
