Justin William Richard, 22, of Citrus Springs passed away April 26, 2014. A native and lifetime resident of the area he was Steel fabricator. He was a loving Son, brother and friend to all. He could often be heard saying “It Be A-ight” He leaves behind his father Rene Richard; mother, Carol Lincoln; brothers, Scott Ramsey and Matthew Richard; sister Crystal Ramsey, Nikki Norman and Veronica Post; maternal grandmother Carol and maternal grandfather William Cooper. and his beloved dog "Chevy" A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday May 3, 2014 3:00 pm at Fero Funeral Home
