Judy Whatley Ursell was born January 28, 1944 in Marietta, Georgia. As a child she moved from Marietta to St. Cloud, Florida. Judy was married to William Ursell for over 30 years. Together they enjoyed bowling and playing darts. Judy is survived by her beloved husband William; children William Whatley (Connie) and Cindy Lamb Hallowell (Gerald); her grandchildren Michelle Johnson, Billie Jo Tabor, David West, Richard West, Tra Hallowell, and her great-grandchildren Cassidy Tabor, Trinity Tabor, Serenity Tabor, Kayla West, Hayden West, Haley Whatley and Shane Whatley. Judy was preceded in death by her parents William Hugh and Louise Justine Whatley, and her sister Ouida wright.
