JoAnn Swain Bell, 67, of Beverly Hills, Florida, passed away September 14th 2023. She was born in Mount Clemens, Michigan on January 13th 1956. JoAnn S. Bell graduated from Venice High and received an Associate Degree from Lakeland College of Business. She was married to G. Wayne Bell on July 13th 1973. JoAnn worked as a medical assistant after serving in the United States Army. She has a passion for family, kayaking and nature. She was survived by her mother, Betty Swain, her two children, Tarrah Ann Bell and Adam Matthew Bell, her two grandchildren, Devon Victoria Bell and Talulah Jo Kosak, her brother, Danny Swain, and her two sisters, Diann Colpitts and Carlene Spann. She was loved and will always be missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date that will be announced.
