Duane ‘Dutch’ B. Heineck, 80 of Beverly Hills, Florida died on Monday, May 4, 2015. Dutch was born on Friday, July 27, 1934 in New York, New York to George H. and Aileen M. (Brown) Heineck. He moved to this area from Reading, Massachusetts after retiring from the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company. Dutch volunteered at the Ted Williams Museum in Hernando, Florida, was a little league coach for over 20 years and had an extensive New York Yankee memorabilia collection.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Martha J. Heineck of Beverly Hills, Florida; sons, Duane B. Heineck, II and wife Patricia of Duluth, Georgia, Charles Heineck and wife Jill of Dunwoody, Georgia and George Heineck of Wakefield, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Kenneth Heineck and wife Laura, Nicole Landers and husband Evan and Michael Heineck and great grandson, Henry Heineck.
Visitation, Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fero Funeral Home. Funeral Service, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at First Church of God, 5510 E. Jasmine Lane, Inverness, Florida 34453. Burial will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens.
