Daniel C. Woodburn

Daniel C. 'Dan' Woodburn, 49, of Hernando, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Florida Hospital Deland, Deland, Florida. A native of Hanover MA, he moved to Hernando in 1987 from Hanson, MA and was a drywall installer and finisher with Ken Adams Insulation and Drywall. Dan loved his family and loved horses and together with his wife Tammy, was the owner of Blueberry Hill Farm in Hernando. Dan also, loved to ride his Harley and was of the Roman Catholic faith. In addition to his wife of 24 years, Tammy Woodburn of Hernando, he is survived by his son Daniel C. Woodburn, Jr. of Hernando; daughter Morgan R. Woodburn of Norton, MA; sister Elaine Crawford of Westbrook, CT and sister Debbie Rector of Dunnellon, FL. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 6:00 PM from Fero Funeral Home, Beverly Hills, FL with Father J. James Gerhart of Holy Faith Episcopal Church officiating. Interment will be private. Friends will be received also, on Monday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the local chapter of the American Heart Association.
