Charles Rhodes

Charles Grice Rhodes, Jr. died on Saturday, December 13, 2014. He was born in Asheville, North Carolina to Charles Grice Rhodes, Sr. and Josie Mae (Davis) Rhodes. Charles was a retired sheet metal worker and an active member with Local #115 sheet metal workers union, where he was a former president and treasurer. He also, was a Pastor at Full Gospel Holiness Church in Tampa, Florida, where he enjoyed playing his guitar and singing Gospel music.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Barbara Rhodes of Inverness, Florida; sons, Lonnie Rhodes and wife Sheryl of Bradenton, Florida, Jerry Rhodes and wife Pattie of Lakeland, Florida and John Prowell and wife Karen of Normal, Illinois; daughters, Eva Desmarais of Lakeland, Florida, Rebecca Phillips and husband Michael of Lakeland, Florida, Jancie Hinton and husband Rod of Lakeland, Florida, Sandy Stephan and husband Wendy of Eau Claire, Wisconson and Donna Prowell of New York, New York; sister, Lois Gibson of Lakeland, Florida; 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
