Willis Frank Allen III

Willis Frank Allen III, came into our lives on May 30, 1951 and he left Sept 3, 2020 at the age of 69. He was born in Duncan, Oklahoma to Letha B. Allen and Willis Frank Allen, Jr. He leaves behind two sisters, Elizabeth Overstreet and Judith Whitfield. They were excited to be big sisters and loved him very much.

He went by his middle name, Frank, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1960. Frank was an avid pigeon enthusiast, and began raising Fantails at the age of 13. He went on to win several awards at pigeon shows.

Frank was also a lover of classic cars, they always held a place in his heart. He wouldn't hesitate to share a story or fact about classic cars with anyone interested.

Frank graduated from NW Classen before attending Oklahoma State University. He leaves behind two children from his marriage to Janice Smith, Stephen Blake Allen and Audrey Anne Allen. He also leaves behind a grandson, Jadon Allen, along with several nieces and nephews.

Frank will be missed greatly, and remembered for the man who loved classic cars, OSU, OKC Thunder, and someone who always had a tall tale or two.
