On September 10, 2021, Thomas Bert Pound (Tom) entered into the Kingdom of Heaven that he sought with his whole heart and life since he was a boy. Tom was 75 years old and lived in Sittee River, Belize as well as in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Tom was born in Lamar, Missouri on March 2, 1946. He was a graduate of Pasadena Nazarene College in California. Tom was a Nazarene Minister all of his life. He pastored in California and served as a Missionary to Belize, Central America from 1973 - 1980 where he helped to start the work in Southern Belize. He also served as Mission Coordinator for the Caribbean Field and Church Planting Coordinator for the Space Coast District in Florida - which started 17 new churches during a two year period. He loved doing work for the Kingdom of God and was always helping others and sharing the Good News with everyone he met. Tom was married to Sharon (Hickey) on September 3, 1967. They were married for 54 years. They have four sons and four daughters-in-law - Lance and Beth Pound, Kyle and Kathy Pound, Darin and Kim Pound, and Treavor and Misty Pound.
