Patsy Ann Lawhon

Patsy (Pat) Lawhon of Oklahoma City, OK passed away October 23, 2015. She was born November 16, 1935 in Greenfield, OK to John and Pearl Crawford. She graduated from Greenfield High School on May 7, 1953. She was Valedictorian and a member of the Honor Society. She moved to Oklahoma City and went to work for American Fidelity Assurance in 1956. She retired in 2003 as a Senior Underwriter after 47 years. Her passions were her family, gardening, sewing and antiquing. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Chris Lawhon of Oklahoma City, OK and her daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Larry Arnold of Social Circle, GA.; grandchildren, Lindsay Lawhon of Coppell, TX and Jesse and Ayrial Lawhon of Tuttle, OK.; sister Maydie Owens of Watonga, OK and sister Billie and Solan Fearing of Shawnee, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Mike Crawford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Oklahoma Humane Society. Memorial service will be Wednesday, October 28th at Bill Merritt Funeral Home, 6201 NW 39th Expressway, Bethany, OK.
