Mary Jo Walker passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 103. She married Andrew J. Walker (Andy) in 1941 and shared 57 years together until his death in 1998. Most of those years were spent in Oklahoma City where they raised three sons and one daughter. Their family were founding members of Northwest Presbyterian Church which is now named Church of the Savior. Mary Jo was an active member there for more than 50 years. In 1955, Mary Jo began a 30 year career in Mortgage Banking and retired from Liberty Bank. She was also a volunteer at Mercy Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ave Lee Fleming; husband, Andy; three sons, Jerry, Johnny, and Steven; and grandson, Jeffrey Reid. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Randy Cullers of Nashville, TN. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as her loving and devoted friend, Virginia Hale.

Visitation will be 12pm – 2pm Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Bill Merritt Funeral Service with her Celebration of Life to follow at 2pm. Interment will be at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
