I worked with Randy at Hoover Middle School and he was my next door neighbor in A Hall. I always appreciated his calm exterior and showing students how to deal with problems in a positive manner. He LOVED the world series and he was smart enough to incorporate it in his math classes and his students learned how to figure percentages and predict the winners. I had not seen Randy in many, many years but know he made a huge impression on a lot of hearts. I am sorry for his family's loss and the sky will be a little dimmer without him shining through. God be with his family during this difficult time.

Randy we were born just a few months apart! You always teased me that I was older! Such a humble and loving man! Your legacy will live on and you will be truly missed! Praying hard for your Precious Family!

What a Great Friend ! You will be missed I just  visited with Randy a couple of months ago. I was telling how I almost lost my life in October of 2023 and spent 3 1/2 mths. in the Hospital having no clue it would be our last visit ! Randy was my colleague for many years in the Oklahoma City Public Schools.  He had a positive attitude about the challenges we faced in a large, diverse school system that is the Oklahoma City Public Schools.  He was among a group of administrators with long tenure, crusaders to bring quality education to the students of OKCPS.   He was a consummate professional who worked tirelessly to improve the lives of those in the community he served.  My sincere condolences to his wife and family.

When I worked at Hawthorne Elementary School in the Cafeteria he was my School Principal. He was very nice . Prayers for Families and Friends and the Staff of Hawthorne Elementary School at the time..

My sympathy to the family of Randy.  I worked with him during my tenure with the Oklahoma City Schools System.    He was always very pleasant to me and the work we did together under Chapter 1, which later  became Title 1.

May our Lord and Saviour be with you now and the days ahead to give you that peace, comfort, and understanding.  Mr. Brewer was definitely a gentleman and it was a privilege for me to know him.

Sending my condolences to his close friends and family. He had constantly lent a helping hand to me with schoolwork during lunch and recess, and even allowed me to use an empty room in the office area with a whiteboard to study. He was super fun to be around. I’ll never forget his time at Hawthorne, he was truly the best principal you could’ve had.

I remember Mr. Brewer at Burbank elementary school and Hoover Middle School here in Okc and he wasn’t even my teacher. He was so fun and caring to all students. I loved playing “rock, paper, scissors” with him.  I think he even got on the field and played football with us as well.   
Thank you Mr. Brewer for your kindness.  You had an amazing run in education.

I was truly blessed to have Randy  not only has a friend but an educator for my sons. A story that I tell often to parents of  first day kindergarten that Randy told me on that day so long ago while patting me on back walking me to the exit as I was the one crying not my child , was always listen to your child and know that not all teachers are  perfect so don’t always take there word. Best ADVICE I WAS EVER GIVEN. It didn’t take long for Randy to realize that I was all about the children and put me to work helping with Stand Watie PTA and anything else to help the school and the children. Randy was one of a kind and will always have a special place in my heart and will never be forgotten!!!

Randy was my cousin.  My fondest memory is when he would hear the ice cream truck.  He would throw open the door and yell "STOP!". Then he would ask if he could have some.

He was a good Christian man.

Mr. Brewer was a remarkable person in and out of the school. I will never forget his passion for people and helping educators enriching the lives of the students in his building that he cared for so deeply. My heart aches for your loss, those closest to him and his family.  He will truly be missed by so many whose lives he impacted.

He was a great man and a great boss. A great communicator always had a smile on his face and liked to joke with the kids at the school. He will truly be missed, my sincere condolences 💐 to his family.
