I worked with Carol in the early 90's.  I remember she had the most beautiful smile.  My sincerest sympathies.

Walt and family,
I don't think anything can take away the heartbreak of losing someone so special as Carol. Hopefully, knowing how much she is loved by so many, that she now is totally healed and is singing and dancing in heaven with all those who went before her, might at least ease the pain. Walt and family - Wish I could have been there but my health condition just would not warrant a one day trip that long.  I would have loved to celebrate Carol's wonderful life as she has been a part of my life since I was born.  I love her dearly as I do all her family. I remember how much you and Carol helped me through the passing of my mom. When others could not be there you both stepped forward. You both assisted me with decisions and arrangements I was in no condition to make on my own.
And even more importantly you listened and you cared for me when I needed it most. Carol and I were amazingly in sync while making final decisions during that time.

Thanks again to Ruby and Carol for ministering to my mom, even when she fought against anyone helping her. They were both "angels" sent from God during her time of need.

We wish we could be there with you on Friday in person, BUT instead we will be praying for God to be with you in a very personal way and for God to comfort you during this time.

Dear Walt, and all family members,

We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Aunt Carol. Saddened for you - her beloved family, as her passing will leave a void. But for Aunt Carol - we rejoice as we know she understood the truth of how to "pass from death into life." She has gone HOME- where there is no more suffering, no more tears, and she is in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ! (She is to be envied!)
     I will remember Aunt Carol as lively, spunky, honest and full of laughter and the joy of life! She truly was a survivor! She was a blessing to us and especially when our Mom, Mili, was at the end of her life.

It seemed her life was too short, yet it also seemed that she "lived it well"!
As Tom shared, we will remember you in prayer, especially tomorrow, Friday during her funeral. Aunt Ruby, it was so good to talk with you!
