Kaylee Nicole was a gift given to her family on December 2, 2005. She touched everyone she met due to her love of life. She faced extreme physical challenges in the 13 years and 19 days here on this earth, but she never let it stop her from giving and receiving love from those around her. She had a zest for life that was a testimony of her faith and love of the life God had given her. God gave her and those who loved her a special gift the past eighteen months since moving to Bentonville. She had been healthier than in past years and she loved spending time with her family and being a part of the ministry of First Baptist Church Bentonville. She was able to participate in Sunday School, Children’s Choir, Vacation Bible School and she loved being in the Worship Service and singing praises to Jesus. A simple stroll around the square and eating strawberry ice cream would bring a smile to her face. She delighted in finding a new dog to pet while downtown and eating at favorite places. It was a gift to her family to watch her embrace these activities and be able to walk this life with her. She was unexpectedly called home to be with Jesus on December 21, 2018. Her laugh, smile, funny thoughts, and outlook on life will be tremendously missed by all those who loved her.
She is survived by her parents Joshua and Melissa Johnson and sister Sofia of Bentonville, AR; grandparents Joey and Denese Johnson of Bentonville, AR; Vance and Liz Chandler of Lindale, TX and Chip and Lisa Williams of Bullard, TX; great-grandfather Joe Johnson of Rockwall, TX; great-grandparents Wilburn and Tommie Gray of Tyler, TX., and great-grandfather Willie E. Williams of Tyler, TX. She was blessed with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many extended family members who she loved dearly. Kaylee had a tremendous passion for animals and she leaves behind dogs, Bella and Autumn (of Garland, TX) and cat, Ruby.
Services will be held, December 28, 2018 in First Baptist Church of Bentonville, with Visitation beginning at 12:30pm and her Funeral Service at 1:00pm.
