Jack Charles Hutcheson, born to the late Jess and Josephine (Harris) Hutcheson on September 23, 1945, in Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away in the same city on June 20, 2024, at the age of 78. Jack dedicated 31 years of his life to serving the City of Bentonville, contributing significantly to the community he so deeply cared for. Jack was known for his kindness, compassion, and love he held for his family and friends. His hobbies included woodworking, restoring tractors, and collecting antique tools, all of which showed an appreciation for craftsmanship.
Jack leaves behind a loving family, including his spouse, Elaine Hutcheson; his children, Brenda Black, Sherri Cray, Jack Hutcheson Jr., Jennifer Sebastian, Joseph Hutcheson, Rachel Hutcheson, and Peggy (Lawrence) Hadley, his step-daughter Kelly (Robert) Galvan; his sister, Peggy Egbert; along with 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren who will all miss him dearly. Jack’s life and legacy will be remembered by all who knew him.
