Rosemary Mitchell, 97, wife of the late Robert V. Mitchell of Kansas City, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at home with family. Born August 17, 1925, in Grandview, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Theresa McCarty.
Rosemary attended Grandview High School, then business school, and later became a partner at Construction Plastics. In her spare time Rosemary enjoyed gardening, canning, travelling the world and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members spread across the country. Rosemary was predeceased by her husband Robert.
Friends and family may call, Friday, February 10 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM for visitation and service at 11:00 AM at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut Street, Belton, MO 64012. Interment will follow in Belton Cemetery, 710 S. Scott Avenue, Belton, MO 64012.
