Chip was a dedicated steward for NTEU, I remember seeing him in the union office.  He will be missed.

Oh I am so so sad to hear this, I just heard today (2/2/16).  Chip was such a wonderful person and was missed when he retired from his workplace.  He stayed even after his retirement just to make sure he completed all his work (something MANY are so unwilling to do).  I never saw him in a bad mood and he always seemed happy.  I always knew if I had a problem at work that Chip was the one to get the problem resolved.  God bless him.  The world was a better place because Chip was here.

Chip was a wonderful man, and always an inspiration to me.  I met him in high school in 1971.  I never heard him utter a criticism of anyone or a negative word, and I had such respect for his positive attitude.  I was blessed to reconnect with him for one evening in 2013 at our 40th high school reunion, and I'll remember his smile forever.  Blessings to his family.

I had the pleasure of going to school with Richard. He was one of a kind. All that had the privilege of knowing Richard will miss him. My condolences to Richard's family.

I was sadden to learn of the transition from mortal life to eternal life this past week. This little man had a big heart of Gold and has a smile that lite up a room!!! When we worked together as NTEU steward we went to Las Vegas for a meeting and did we have fun. But Chip was a hard worker too! And knew his job both in Adjustments and NTEU. I'm sure that Mom & Dad were waiting on him and happy to have him with them now forever... So I wish his peaceful rest in the arms of our Heavenly Father til we meet again. Chip was quite a character and a real fixture in Adjustments.  It was strange when he retired, not to see him around.  Sending my prayers to his family and loved ones.

I was so sad to hear of your passing Chip, you will definitely be missed, I never had a dull moment with you and always kept it real and straight to the point with me.... rest well Chip!

Chip had such a big heart! He always had a smile and a good story to tell. He will be missed dearly.
