Mary Ellen Leathers, 80, of Belton, Missouri passed away June 16, 2012. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mary was a 1950 graduate of Boonville High School, in Boonville, Missouri. Mary was an artist and co-owner of 'Wildflowers Art Works' in Belton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Leathers. Survived by sons, Jeffrey and Mark Leathers and her daughter, Joy Howard and their families. Visitation 10-11 a.m., funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21 at McGilley & George Funeral Home in Belton. Burial in the Belton Cemetery.
