Mark Thomas Shriver

Mark Shriver, passed away peacefully March 23, 2019. He was a loving husband of 30 years to Gina and a loving and caring father to his daughter Emily. Mark had a long career at the Shawnee Mission School district for 31 years. Mark enjoyed spending time at Truman Lake fishing for whatever would bite his hook. He enjoyed Nascar racing, listening to the Kansas City Royals and to Toby Tobin. Mark also enjoyed working in his yard if he wasn’t fishing.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Betty Shriver, brother, Ken (Phillip) Shriver, sister, Mary Shriver-Murphy. Mark left behind his wife, daughter and son-in-law Daniel Weida, sister, Ann and Dave McCarraher, brothers, David and Jane Shriver, Christopher and Lisa Shriver, Peter and Terri Shriver. Also, sister-in-law Suzanne Shriver and brother-in-law Michael Murphy. As well as, leaving behind eleven nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Raymore at 11:00 am March 27, 2019.
