Frederic Charles Tanner, mostly known as Chuck to friends & family, was born on 23 November 1946 in Independence, MO to his parents Frederic Clinton Tanner & Viola Jane Melloway. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard Dean Tanner & half sister Benny Gayle Short Tanner Dickey. He passed away at his home in Belton, MO on 6 September 2019 from complications from cancer. He was survived by his loving wife Shirley Kay Lindsey Tanner, his brother John Clayton Tanner, his son David Charles Tanner, his daughter Michelle Lyn Tanner Pellicani, 4 grandchildren Amanda Kay Tanner House, Kenneth David Tanner, Katelyn Anne Tanner & Jared Douglas Gertz, 3 great grandchildren Leo Allen Tanner, Sophia Evelyn House & Tobias Grey Tanner. He was buried in the Belton Cemetery on 11 September 2019. He is greatly loved & is truly missed.
