Earl Dee Taylor

Earl Dee Taylor, 80, of Belton, MO passed away April 14, 2012 at home. Memorial visitation 1-2 pm, service 2 pm Saturday, April 21 at the First Baptist Church of Raymore, 116 S. Washington St. Contributions may be made to Odyssey Hospice 4911 S. Arrowhead Suite 310 Independence, MO 64055.

Earl was born October 15, 1931 in Mansfield, MO to John B. and Ova Lakey Taylor. He was an Air Force Korean Veteran. He married his wife, Mary on June 15, 1963. Earl was in the container industry 25 years. He was a plant manager at Alton Box and Union Camp Box Company, retiring in 1983. Earl was a member of VFW Post in Pleasant Hill. He loved deep sea fishing and hunting.

Survived by wife, Mary of 48 years of the home; daughter, Kathryn and (Steven) Carpenter; sons, Dale and (Cindy) Dove and Russell A. Dove; 3 siblings; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
