Carla will be missed, we use to see her at the customer service counter at Wal-Mart at least 3 times a week, she always called my handicapped son her Buddy, she never failed to recognize us and would say there's my Buddy. We are so very sorry for your loss, she was such a great inspiration, prayer's to all her family.

We will miss her as a neighbor, especially my dog Bailey.

Our family loved seeing Ms Carla at least twice a week while we were at Walmart.  She was my 3 yr olds favorite person (no joke) and  would even seek her out if we didnt happen to run into her on our way around the store.  There have multiple trips to customer service in the last 2 years just to say Hello to Ms Carla!  We could never go to another Walmart because it was never the right one,  they never had a Ms Carla and my littles knew the difference.  She had a wonderful charm and could always make those around her smile. She loved helping where she could and adored all of the little children that were around.  Even when shopping by myself, I would always try to say hello and she would always ask about the littles.  Carla had a sweet calm and a gentle voice and a great smile that could brighten my kiddos day, even when grouchy and past nap time. She was always happy , even when she had a cold ,  and always came around her station to greet the little ones and make a personal connection with them. She always made time to have a quick chat and always made sure Walmarts customers were taken care of.   Just recently she kept my kiddos blue teddy bear safe until we could come back to retrieve him.  Of course Ms Carla  went over and beyond and made her day,  telling a great story about how the days adventure in the lost and found box and how "classy "  helped her with customers while waiting for us to come back. You know,  bears get loney too 


Earth has definitely  lost an amazing person and we are heartbroken at the loss, but heaven has gained a wonderful soul and for that we are comforted.  I feel blessed to have met and had my children experience such a kind and beautiful lady.

I miss you.  It's just not going to be the same without you here.  I was making all the arrangements to fly back there and I called your Dad and let him know and then I picked up the phone to call you to let you know.  I've had to stop myself several times.  Thank you for always showing so much love for Homer and Homerette.  Oh how I wish you could have met them in person. I won't let them forget how much you loved them.  I'll see you Saturday.  I love you!

Carla I can't believe your not here with us!!!  Matt and I and the kids will miss you so much and we love you!!!  I told Lilly and she talk about our watches that you got us that match yours as her little tears fell down her cheeks.  I'm so thankful I got to know you you helped me see life in a different way.  Until we meet again R.I.H

We will miss Carla at the Belton FWB Church as she helped in so many ways & wanted to help anyway she could. We will miss her & her smile.
