Angelia Carlene Garner, age 69, of Belton, Missouri passed away on the morning of Thursday, October 12, 2023. She was born in Leavenworth, Kansas to Raymond and Anne Laura (Hargus) Candler. She served in the United States Air Force where she met Richard Garner her husband of 38 years. She would spend her days with family, reading books for hours, cooking with her grandchildren, and watching her favorite TV programs.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Rick. She is survived by her brothers Ray (Deborah) Candler of Overland Park, KS and David (Julia) Candler of North Fort Myers, FL; sister Darlene Kallio of Decatur, GA; son Kevin (Judy) Wiggins of Kansas City, MO; daughters Michelle (Dwight) Miller of Kansas City, MO, Jennifer (Jherami) Carr of Tucson, AZ, Rebecca Garner of Mahomet, IL and Emilee (Chris) Sanders of Creighton, MO; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
