He was born and raised in sunny California in the city of Garden Grove. He attended Ralston Junior High and graduated from Rancho High School. Sam was described by his friends as a loving, caring, geeky, sensitive, emotional and sarcastic individual. With his charismatic personality and positive energy he was always the life of the party and knew how to get the crowd laughing. His sudden and unexpected passing leaves us with a loss of words. We hope he finds peace and solace on his new journey. He will be missed.
Sammy is survived by his mother Ana Barragan and his brother David Barragan.
