Saying good by to my friend and  Mother-in-law is hard, I have to say she was the best, Jo-Ann was a big part of our lives.   I have so many great memories of the time we spent together. I know Jo-Ann knew how much she was loved by her family.  So glad your not in pain anymore. Love you

Hey Grandma, 

Times have been rough these past few weeks since your departure to a better place. Even though I would rather have you here with me, I know you are happier and pain free up in Heaven and that you are and always will be looking over me. Until I see you again, you will always be in my heart and thoughts and will continue to affect and help me along my journey. Thank you for everything you have given me as a children, you were always there for me whenever I needed and whenever we were together, it was always up to me on what we did. Even if the activity wasn't something of your liking, you always went with it because (now that im older)I realize that what made you happy was just spending time with me and seeing a simple on my face.
I will miss you and cherish every memory and wait until the next time I get to see you.

I got close to Jo-Ann during the time I was helping take care of her. I enjoyed our time looking thru old photos and watching our favorites shows. She always made me laugh with the stories she would tell. She loved her children and her dog Annie. I will miss her.

Dear Mom,
   Thank you Mom for giving me a chance at life. You gave birth to me and gave me a chance. I love you very much Mom and I always will. I know that someday will see each other again and until then thank you Mom and I will always love you. Little Annie also loves you more than anything  that there is. We both love you Mom. Goodbye. Watching my Dad paly and interact with his Grandchildren is a magical experience. He is a true kid at heart-this reminds me of someone.... my grandma Jo, he learned form the best.
I consider myself blessed to have had time with my Gram from my childhood years into my adult years. She was not your typical Grandma we had slumber parties, played board games, and went miniature golfing (she always won). Into my teenage years we went to the movies, went shopping, and of course talked about boys- she was not your typical Grandma.
During my transition stage in life, I moved in with my Gram. She was so supportive in all my "Big Decisions" in life. She helped me pick out my first apartment and furnish it.
I have 34 years of wonderful memories with my Gram, more than I could ever share... she was a big part and a very important part of my life, I am so grateful for all the love, hugs, and laughs we shared.
Thank you Gram for Loving us, Teaching us, and Inspiring us to be better people.
