Doug G. Jones was born September 17, 1948 in Ottumwa, Iowa. Doug had two sisters and one brother. He lived in Bell Gardens with his mom Dora Jones and dad John Jones. Doug married Elizabeth on January 15, 1983. They lived in Paramount with Liz’s children Monica and Bruce. He enjoyed working as a gardener and other side jobs. Doug (Pa) was a wonderful grandfather. He let Mary and Matthew do whatever they wanted. Doug (Pa) was a wonderful friend to many.
We all miss you dearly and will see you in Heaven!
A memorial service for Douglas will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 14722 Clark Ave, Bell, CA 90706.
