Mary Ann and family, I'm so sorry for your loss; please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Denny, I am so very sad and miss you tremendously.  You were the love of my life, my soul mate and very best friend. The void you have left will never be filled.  But as you would expect from me, I'll go on, continue to be strong, and will take solice in the memories and special life we shared. Thank you for everything, and we'll meet again.

I am saddened by the passing of my uncle Denny.  Every time I saw him he always seemed like he had a smile on his face.  One could tell he really enjoyed life.  I'm saddened that we never got to play that round of golf together but maybe one day we can in heaven.

Denny will be greatly missed! Mary Ann, Matt and family I am very sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our thoughts and our prayers are with the family and friends of Denny Freeman. Because of him, we have been able to continue in the electrical contracting business. There are many happy memories I have of Denny.  The one I love the most was the time when we were in high school and Denny went with my family to spend Easter vacation week in the mountains at Lake Arrowhead in California.
The first night we were there it started to snow.  Denny had never seen snow!!  When we all woke up the next morning we looked out the windows to see the entire forest covered in white.  There were icicles hanging off tree branches and the cars were buried.  There was nothing but snow - a winter wonderland.  The look on Denny's face was of astonishment and awe.  He looked like a child seeing Santa Claus for the very first time.  I will never forget the look of wonderment and joy on his face! !  When I close my eyes I can still see his face!

My family always considered Denny as part of ours.  Mom always said she loved to be around Denny because "he is always cheerful and has such interesting things to say".  Dad laughingly told and re-told the story of when Denny painted the large shell of our backyard tortoise the same color to match our patio cover.  Much to the demise of the tortoise!!

Denny helped me with the down payment on my first condo.  He and Matt were the ones who called to tell me about my dear friend Jerry Baloga's diagnosis of ALS.  Denny always greeted me with a smile and a hug.  He unknowingly made me feel more comfortable in a large group.  I have missed seeing him more often and I miss him now.

I couldn't remember Denny without remembering Mary Ann.  When several of us were at their house planning Matt and Kerri's bridal shower, Mary Ann brought out her wedding album and showed us their pictures.  I remember her saying "the day Denny and I got married was the happiest day of my life"!  My 
sincere sympathy goes out to Mary Ann!

Denny was important to all of us in many different ways.  However, the most cherished gifts he has given us are his kind and caring son Matthew, and his precious grandchildren Logan and Sydnee.  They are Denny's legacy.  We will love and take care of them always, and we will be eternally grateful for these priceless gifts Denny has given us.

Denny was such an important person in so many people's lives.  I was lucky to grow up with him and to share family, friends, and eventually a son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.  He was an intelligent business man with a work ethic everyone admired.  He was funny and enjoyed life to the fullest.  I have many fond memories of our long friendship.  On February 7th, I was blessed with the chance to spend one last day with Denny.  He shared how proud he was of Matt and kidded that Matt was lucky to take after him when it came to business sense.  He also said Matt really lucked out when he found a great wife like Kerri.  He expressed his love for Logan and Sydnee and how much he really enjoyed their individual personalities.  Denny shared that the happiest years of his life were the ones spent with Mary Ann and that he felt lucky to be her husband.  Denny was fortunate to have family and friends he loved so much and who loved him in return.  He will be missed and never forgotten.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the freeman family on their loss of a most wonderfull man.  Denny was a person with a natural smile and a warm heart.  I shared Denny's grandchildren with him.  So in saying that I must share a story with you about him coming to Boulder City for a visit and to catch one of Logans first motorcycle races. It was a real cold fall day and the desert wind blowing hard.  Denny hadn't seen his grandson ride.  He told me that boy its cold and maybe him and Mary Ann would watch from the car.  Well that didn't last long.  As soon as Logan threw his leg over that motorcycle Denny was amased on how wll this little guy could ride.  When the race bikes started for the race Denny was right there with that smile from ear to ear.  He watched every move logan made, and if Logan needed help he was right there. He always told me how proud he was of Matt and Kerri and his grandchildren.  And he always had that beautiful Freeman smile.  Denny you will truly missed by your wounderful family and friends. When I think of Denny I think of the word friend.  Anyone who was lucky enough to count Denny as a friend knows that whatever you needed, he was always there for you.  I consider myself one of those lucky ones.

It is overwhelming to express the feeling of sadness that consumes the harts of my family with the passing of my dad but I take comfort in knowing my dad did not leave the land of the living for the land of the dead but he left the land of the dying for the land of eternal life. Knowing that when we meet again he will be waiting with that Freeman grin an a scotch in hand.He would want us to remember all the good times and celebrate his life knowing that this chapter may have come to an end but the next one is still to come.

My most sincere sympathy for your loss-Brother Denny will be truly missed

There really aren't enough words that can be written, or sentiments to be shared that adequately define the depth of the sadness and heartache I feel with the loss of Denny.  When all is said and done, what is left are wonderful memories that will be cherished forever.  He was my friend, my boss, my consoler-in-chief during the rough times, and a ray of sunshine and laughter at others.  Whether gadding about town, group caravan RV trips to Mexico for fishing,  working out a solution to a mess one or the other of us had gotten into,  Wagonmaster's camping trips,  the Fiesta, or Best Man at my wedding, he always proved one very special thing... a friend is forever.
  
Denny is now with so many who have gone before him ... and I can just see them teeing off, or stopping at the 19th, with Spikey jumping in his lap.

Sincerest condolences to all of the Freeman family.  My heart goes out to you.

He fought a hard battle.  Be now at peace, my friend.
