September 21, 2020. She passed away peacefully at Valley Medical
Center in Renton. Pamela's parents were the late Charles F Cowley
of Suffolk Virginia and Peggy DeTolly of Bellevue Washington.
Pamela was born in Virginia on July 7th, 1947, she made her way
to Washington with her mother as a young lady and had resided
in Renton for at least the last 15 years.
She loved life to the fullest, her spunky and mischievous ways
endeared her to many people. She was a truly a blessing to those
of us who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
Pam was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day
Saints in the Renton Highlands.
Pam leaves behind her husband, John Carter of 4 years
Her niece, Kelley Clark and her 3 children. Many Friends
and family.
