Nghia was born in Saigon, Vietnam on October 17th, 1973. He was raised in Bellingham, Washington where he graduated from Bellingham High School.
Nghia worked as a Safety Consultant for Safety Matters. He was an avid golfer and fan of the Seahawks and Mariners. He loved live music and had a talent for writing poetry. Nghia was beloved in his community for being a friend to all.
Nghia will be remembered for his warm smile, kind spirit, and positive heart. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Kinh Ba Trinh, his Grandmother Thuy Thi Pham, and Father Tin Ba Trinh. He is survived by his girlfriend Kathleen Lantz, his siblings Jung Trinh, Tri Trinh, Anh Coble, Bic Harrington, and Trang Trinh, his mother Thu-Lan Fick, his aunts, his nieces and nephews, and countless friends and loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Everett Music Initiative.
A public viewing will be held on Monday July 20, 2020 from 10:00-2:00 at Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Bellevue. Please note, 10:00-11:00 is reserved for elderly and/or high risk individuals. Masks are required.
