Max Hunter Martlin, 22, died Sunday, October 24, 2021 when the car he was driving was crushed by a falling tree. He and his mother, Camille Martlin, were returning home from picking pumpkins. Max and his mother loved spending time together. He truly loved and respected his mother, looking out for her well being and safety. They died within seconds of each other. Max was preceeded in death by his grandmother Joy Menard, grandfather Brenton Edward George Martlin, grandmother Kathleen Ruth McCarthy Martlin, cousins James and Joseph Miller. He is survived by his father Brian Martlin, his grandfather Joseph Menard, aunt Babette Kratz , many cousins and friends, and his dear girlfriend Nhi Nguyen, with whom he had planned to spend the rest of his life. He was liked by everyone who knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 12:30 pm, at Sunset Hill located at 1215 145th Place SE, Bellevue, WA 98007. A Commitment Service will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery adjacent to the Funeral Home. A Reception will follow at the funeral home.
