

Loretta was born in Anaconda, Montana to Sadie & Patrick Finnegan. She had anolder sister Mary (Raabe), by a year and 5 days, and theywere lifelong best friends.
Shortly after moving to Seattle, Loretta began working as an assistant to theloan officer at aSeattlebank. One day in October 1957her friend, Sally, convinced her to attend the Chancellor Club, to go dancing and mingle with other single Catholics. It wason this particular night she met the love of her life, Frank Traeger. From dayone they were inseparable. They were engaged February 13, 1958 (it was supposed to be February 14, 1958 but Frank could not wait) and married June 14, 1958.
They settled in Bellevue Washington and raised 5 daughters. Loretta always loved children and she and Frank opened their home and hearts to 27 foster children.
Loretta and Frank loved to dance, especially at The Knights of Columbus functions. Their favorite song was "Alley Cat" and they danced as if no one else was in the room.
Loretta is survived by her fivedaughters, Mary Forbes, Sally Jo Bergman, Colleen Luger, Laurie Huisingh & Jeanne Davis. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren & 1 great grandson.
