Corky was born on July 12th, 1960, to Gordon L., and Joyce Jorgensen of Bellevue, Washington. He was the youngest of 3 boys.
Corky worked as a mechanic before becoming a certified dental technician. He was highly sought after by dentists because of the high quality craftsmanship of his prosthodontics and he took great pride in his work.
Corky enjoyed rockhounding, lapidary, hiking, astronomy, bird-watching, music, oil painting, and spending time with his family. He was well known by loved ones for his art, jewelry, big heart, sense of humor, and making giant pots of spaghetti during family gatherings.
He is survived by his two daughters, Amy (Kyle) Stewart and Cara Jorgensen, his four grandchildren, Addyson, Henry, Elliott, and Parker, and numerous cousins.
Family and friends will be invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering to be held next summer, date yet to be determined.
