Arthur was born on August 3, 1923 in China and passed away peacefully October 16, 2010 in Bellevue, WA at the age of 87. He came to the US at the age of 16. He married Helen in 1947. He served in the US Army and the US Air Force during World War II. He earned a BS from Seattle University and a MS from University of Southern California. Arthur worked for the Boeing Company as a stress analyst and as a structural design engineer before retiring in 1988. He volunteered in many organizations but particularly enjoyed time spent with the Chinese Girls Drill Team from 1972 to this past summer.
Arthur is survived by his beloved wife, Helen, of 63 years, three children Gloria (Foo), Arthur Jr. (Wendy), Nancy (Paul), six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Arthur was preceded in death by his older brother, Frank (Margie), nephew Donald and is survived by nephew Kenneth (Daisy), niece Jeannie, and many great nieces and nephews.
