Craig proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Faith Family Church in Shiloh for the past 14 years. His passion for God and people took him to the Kansas City area, where he was a faithful member of Forerunner Church and was connected with The International House of Prayer. He was a sports fanatic and his love for the St. Louis Blues, Cardinals, and his Alabama Crimson Tide; were only topped, by his love for his Lord and his family. Craig was a loving husband, father, son and brother, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Ernest and Emma Guy; his paternal grandparents, Donald and Beth Davis; his maternal grandfather, Jerry Guy; and his special, aunt and uncle, John and Helen Flint.
Surviving are his loving wife of 21 years, Cassandra “Casey” Davis, nee Piper, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; his children, Alyssa, Tristen, Juliana, Gabby, Jaxson, and Owen; his father, Richard L. “Rick” (Judy) Davis, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; his mother, Janis Miller, of Deatsville, Alabama; his maternal grandmother, Pat Guy; his siblings, Brad Davis, Brandon (Kimmie) Close, and Brittney (Daniel) Jarrell; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to their church family at Forerunner Church, the International House of Prayer, both in Kansas City, Missouri and Faith Family Church in Shiloh, Illinois, for their care and support.
