Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Rose Mary, nee Macke, Bujnak; step daughter, Amanda Vidovic and a brother, Kenneth Bujnak.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph Duncan; children, John (Kimberly) Conner, Doug Conner and Denise Conner; grandchildren; Kyle Conner, Dylan Conner, Kayla Conner and Morgan Conner; siblings, David (Jackie) Bujnak, Dennis (Kathy) Bujnak, Gary (Kathy) Bujnak, Pamela Conner and Cynthia (Rick) Evans; Step Children, Josh Duncan and Ronda (Paul) Bailey; step grand children, Austin Bailey, Logan Bailey and Gracyn Vidovic.
