She was preceded in death by her former spouse, Julius Vickery; children, Sgt. First Class Robert "Frank" Gail, Julie Crane; grandchildren, Corey Day, Scott McGlothlin, Patricia Vickery; parents, Robert Emery and Rosetta, nee Williams; siblings, Robert "Nick" Emery, Shirley Beltz, William Emery, Mary Emery, Ronald Emery, Carolyn Rose, and Janis Emery; and son-in-law, David Day.

Surviving are her children, Susan McGlothlin of Roxana, Ill., Chery Day of Belleville, Ill., Dennis Vickery of San Fransisco, Calif.; grandchildren, Melinda (Scott) Wade of Woodriver, Ill., Tina Roby of Overland, Mo., Jeffery Day of Pontoon Beach, Ill., Scott (Lisa) Vickery of Tuscon, Ariz., Steven (Renee) Vickery of Glen-mount, N.Y., Dawn (Brad) Evetts of Lampasas, Texas, Julius "Bud" (Tammi) Vickery of Belleville, Ill., Timothy Vickery, Dayna (Israel) Hernandez of San Fransisco, Calif., and Diana Ruvalcaba of Tucson, Ariz.; great-grandchildren, Madelynn and Caleb Wade, Jenna, David Robey, Dylan Martinez, Jamie Day, Courtney, Colby, and Zachariah Vickery, Christopher, Nicole, Colten, and Devin Vickery, David Hernandez, Nathan, Andrienne, Abigail, Ruvalcaba, Sam and Anna Vickery; great-great-grand children, Jayden and Kimber Vickery and Peyton and Avery Miller; brother, Cecil "Bump" Emery; sisters-in-law, Dessie Emery and Shirley Corley; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Tyler; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and in laws.
