Larry is preceded in death by his parents Elmer C. and Ida Mae (Reynolds) Grime.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife Betty Jo (Peinetti) Grime; sons, Terry A. (Tammy) Grime; Barry E. Grime (Kim Walker); grandchildren, Jeremy Dennis Grime; Nathaniel Cayden Grime; Alyssa Lynn Grime; Alayna Penny Grime; brother-in-law Robert Peinetti (Brenda Nichols); sister-in-law Jean Marie (Tom) Murawski; nephew Stephen J. (Holly) Kettler II; niece, Carrie Lynn Kettler (Adam Swedo); great-nephews Stephen J. Kettler III; Mason Ray Swedo; and Samuel Thomas Swedo.
Larry spent his career working with Greater Belleville Savings and Loan; Citizens Savings, Scott Air Force Base MWR, and Home Pharmacy.
A visitation will be held Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, March 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory.
Memorial contributions in his honor can be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Association, St. Teresa’s School (Belleville), or St. Joseph’s School (Freeburg).
