Janet LaVaughn Daubach

Janet Daubach (nee Woodside), 81, of Collinsville, IL passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mabel (nee Crisler) Woodside; her husband, David Daubach; a daughter, Vicki Nelson (surviving Lance); and siblings, Dixie (Jim) Kunkle and Nellie Woodside in infancy.

Janet is survived by her children, David Richard (Goldie) Daubach and Tammy (Jeff) Perkins; grandchildren, Kenny Burgess, Anita Harris, Nicole Barhoumi, Jeff Burgess, Steven Harris, and Adam Daubach; great grandchildren, Alexis Switzer, Micha and Luke Barhoumi, and Van and Nash Harris.

Janet was a quiet lady but she was always listening and paying attention! She enjoyed playing BINGO and yard sales. She could often be found tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. Janet was a member of Grace East Church in Pontoon Beach and loved her grandbabies. She will be missed.

Friends may visit on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from noon until 2 p.m. at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, 3412 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223. At 2 p.m. memories will be shared and followed by committal at Valhalla Gardens of Memory. Memorials are appreciated to the American Heart Association.
