Bill was born 11/8/29 in Harvard, IL to Franz “Frank” Miller and Merle Preston Miller. He served in the Army during the Korean War. After which he went to work for Travelers Insurance Company and retired after 25 years. He was presently associated with Parker Claims Service.
He was predeceased by his parents, his son, Eric, and his sister Jane Lemenager. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jackie Miller, his niece Barbara Byers and husband Mike of Kingwood, his nephew, Tom Lemenager of Boise, ID. He was a very active member and Deacon of Bellaire Central Baptist Church.
Services will be at Earthman’s Funeral Home in Bellaire at 10.00 AM Tuesday, July 21st with visitation one hour prior to services, with interment at Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 12:45 pm
