He is survived by wife, Sharon of Bellaire, Rusty and wife Frannie of Katy, granddaughters Abby and Morgan of Katy, grandson Brandon of Houston, great granddaughter Olivia Rose of San Antonio, his sister Lynn of Abilene, and many nieces and nephews. Also, two beloved dogs Izzy and Lucy. Preceded in death by his parents Isaac Duncan and Gladys Miller, brother Douglas, sister Donna Gillis, niece Mitzi Gillis and his oldest son Alan Lane Miller.
Phillip enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing with friends and family. He spent much of his time building the family business which continues today. Through his lifetime he led by example; hardworking, honest, and he shared compassion and love to everyone he crossed paths with. Phillip will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and a loyal friend to many, but most importantly as a “Brother in Christ.”
A memorial service in his honor will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 4525 Bissonnet St, Bellaire, TX 77401 at 11:00 am. Reception to immediately follow. For those who wish not to send flowers, donations may be made to American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
