Joseph Howell (Joe) Parks passed away on March 9, 2016. Joe was born in Houston, March 14, 1956 to Florence and Howell Parks Jr. He is survived by his wife, Linda, sons Michael and Matthew, his mother, sister Peggy Eggleston, brother Tom and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He loved them all! He was preceded in death by his father.
Joe was an avid sports fan and loved his Aggies. He left his heart in College Station but received his degree from the University of St. Thomas. A loving son, husband, father, friend, and uncle. He will be remembered for his compassion, loyalty and integrity.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 19th at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 3816 Bellaire Blvd. at 11:00 AM. Joe’s cremated remains will be buried at St. Mark's Memorial Garden.
